The event spaces are conveniently located at 150 King Street West on the 27^th  floor.
The building occupies the block between University Avenue and York Street on the north side of King Street with direct subway access to our building via St. Andrew station.

DIRECTIONS

Subway & Street Car

150 King Street West sits atop the St. Andrew subway station at University Avenue and King Street.
This station is very convenient for those coming downtown on the University Line or by looping around Union Station on the Yonge Line.
The east-west 504 King Street street-car also stops at St. Andrew’s station.

Go Train

Vantage Venues is just a short five-minute walk up York Street or University Avenue from the west end of Union Station.
Our building is located on the north side of King Street between York Street and University Avenue.
Our address is 150 King Street West. Look for our street signage. For more information, view the GO Transit schedules here. 

Walking

Vantage Venues is located within three short city blocks of seven major downtown hotels.
We are also connected to the PATH, Toronto’s underground walkway which links all major buildings in the downtown core.
Many guests attending meetings and events at Vantage Venues can walk underground to us from their own downtown offices.

Driving

Drivers should exit the Gardiner Expressway at Yonge/Bay/York (eastbound) or Jarvis (westbound) while the York Street exit is closed. See map for parking locations.

PARKING

The map below shows the location of several parking lots nearby.

P1 – 150 King St. W

Enter from Pearl Street off of York Street or University. 

P2 – 48 York St.

Enter from the left lane off York Street (one-way northbound).

P3 – 1 University Ave

Enter from the right lane of University Avenue (southbound) at Front Street.
Taken the lane under the “Front St./Eastbound sign and look for the down ramp to the left.
After entering, drive to the far end (north) and go to the upper level before parking.
The staircase entrance to King Street will bring you to street level right across King Street from the Sun Life Tower.

P4 – 214 Adelaide St. W

Enter from the right lane off Adelaide Street (one-way eastbound).
There is an aboveground parking garage on the south side of Adelaide between John Street and Simcoe Street.

P5 – 177 Wellington St. W

Enter off Wellington Street (one-way westbound) under Roy Thomson Hall.
This is the underground parking for Roy Thomson Hall just west of Simcoe Street off Wellington Street.
After parking, walk through the Roy Thompson Hall box office onto King Street and follow the signs to the St. Andrew’s subway.

P6 – 200 University Ave

From right lane of University Avenue southbound, turn right onto Pearl Street.
Our look-alike neighbor at 200 King Street West has one level of pay and display parking.
We are located across University Avenue at the 150 King Street West tower.
Space may be limited if arriving after 8am.
There are reasonable evening rates.
