We sell, implement, and support SAP Business One ERP for small-to-medium size enterprises looking to ease the growing pains of their business and add clarity to the complexities of their digital transformation.

This year marks 20 years in business for aclaros. Originally, founded under the Illumiti One brand as part of the Illumiti group of companies specializing in expert SAP Consulting. In August 2021, we launched our very own brand identity and officially rebranded as aclaros Inc focused exclusively on the SAP Business One platform. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be on the front lines of our sales process responsible for generating new business pipeline, qualifying marketing qualified leads received from various inbound sources into sales qualified leads, performing introductory product highlight-focused demonstrations, and working closely with the Sales Director to convert sales opportunities into closed deals/net new customer engagements.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Hunt for new business opportunities to grow the sales pipeline
  • Reach out to prospects daily using various methods of communication including cold calls, email marketing, LinkedIn, social media, and more.
  • Follow up with targets generated from marketing activities including LinkedIn campaigns, SEO, google ads, webinars, gated forms, and other educational materials.
  • Be responsible for contacting leaders in small and medium-sized businesses across many different verticals.
  • Identify key decision makers and/or key influencers within an organization
  • Focus on solution selling, identifying the prospects pains, challenges, gaps and qualifying whether or not there is a mutual fit.
  • Clearly communicate the value of our product and how it can benefit potential customers
  • Assist in preparing proposals and contract documents to prospective clients
  • Anticipate and manage objections
  • Build credibility and trust with internal and external stakeholders

Bonus if:

  • You have experience in lead generation, prospecting and outbound sales using email, phone, and social media.
  • You have a track record of successful attainment of sales quotas over the phone

Profile Requirements

  • You have 1+ years of sales experience and an unbridled desire to learn!
  • You have completed a university degree or college diploma
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and responsiveness
