Irenae Jacobs, Vice President of aclaros, introduced the SAP Business One Web Client as the new, user-friendly face of SAP Business One. This session delved into the advancements made so far and upcoming features that will expand the client’s mobility and usability, empowering users with seamless access to critical business functions anytime, anywhere. The web-client currently delivers 50% of the functionality in the traditional client solution, with the remaining functionality expected to arrive soon and better than ever.

Fun with Finance (IYKYK): What could have been a dry session on financial management turned into a conference highlight, thanks to Tim Parker. With a humorous yet an insightful look at valuable tools for optimizing cost management, budgeting, and fixed asset control within SAP Business One, Tim gave attendees the knowledge to enhance financial accuracy and align operations with business goals. humorous take on budgeting, fixed asset control, and cost centers, this session had attendees engaged and laughing.
Logistics Workshop: This session helped businesses learn how to streamline supply chain operations using SAP’s tools for inventory accuracy and order fulfillment. Some key features that all companies can leverage such as the MRP, Pick and Pack Manager and the Document Generation Wizard.
Analytics Workshop: Today, information is everything, Empowering businesses to make data-driven decisions using SAP’s powerful analytics tools such as the interactive analysis, the analytical portal was the focus here, with attendees learning how to extract and use insights for better business planning.
Integration & Automation: Cameron Fischer, Director of Technical Solutions at aclaros, spoke about how to streamline system integration with SAP Business One. His workshop focused on how to eliminate data silos, streamline processes and improve efficiency by ensuring all your systems work together. This session covered integration to major point solutions like ShipStation for shipping, SalesForce for robust CRM and Customer Check Out for Retail Point of Sale. Integrated eCommerce: In our eCommerce integration session, we explored how SAP Business One, using the B1 Integration Framework (B1if), connects seamlessly with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento. Businesses can scale efficiently while delivering a smooth, personalized shopping experience from front-end to back-office.
One of the most exciting takeaways from the conference was the confirmation that SAP Business One has a strong future ahead! SAP representatives shared an inspiring roadmap for the platform, complete with plans for ongoing investments.
